This touchscreen unit is an HMI + PLC combo. It possesses a 7 inch 800 x 480 pixel TFT color touchscreen display. The back of the unit has 1 Ethernet port, 2 serial port, and 3 expansion ports for optional I/O modules. Maple Systems HMCs merge the functionality of both an HMI and a PLC into one cohesive unit, eliminating the need for a separate HMI and PLC.
